Adding a Printer to Your BVPS Laptop

• In the Windows Search bar, type \\msprint then press Enter.
• A window will open that contains all BVPS printers; they are arranged alphabetically by building, then room.
  • You can also use the search bar in the upper right corner to search by location initials.
• Find the printer(s) you need and double-click it.
• Wait a few seconds for the printer(s) to install.
• Close the window.

You should now be able to choose this printer from your list of available printers when you go to print in apps across Windows!
